Envisioning a Zero Waste Boulder
IMAGE

Boulder is committed to becoming a zero waste community where at least 85 percent of what we throw away is directed to reuse, recycling and composting facilities rather than the landfill. We want your input on how we should get there.

The answers you provide to the key questions below will supplement an evaluation study that looked at cost-effectiveness and environmental benefits of current programs and services and made recommendations for future zero waste initiatives. Your input and this evaluation will be presented to City Council at a study session on July 29, 2014 and will form the basis of the update to Boulder’s Zero Waste Strategic Plan, which details our community’s zero waste goals and how we plan to achieve them.
