With city properties at its core, the Boulder Civic Area is bordered by Canyon Boulevard and Arapahoe Avenue, and 9th to 17th streets. We are looking for the answers to these questions above and more to help shape the Boulder Civic Area - public space built with the people, for the people. This phase of the project is dubbed “Collaboration” because we truly want to know how to best program and design this space to maximize it for YOU.
