We want the civic area to speak to our community values. What themes will help make this place somewhere you want to be (e.g.. public art, park land, gathering spaces, etc)?
Before we identify specific facilities, uses etc, we need to know the general themes the community values for this area. These themes will create the basis for a collective community vision to be shared with City Council on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
