Travel is one way that we all access the things we need in daily life, our work, recreational and entertainment activities and to meet family and friends. The transportation system supports these activities as well as the delivery of goods and services. As Boulder is mostly developed and places a high value on historic buildings, neighborhoods, trees and quality of life, adding or widening roads is not an option. The TMP strives to provide access to our daily activities while supporting the broader sustainability, environmental and quality of life goals of the Boulder community.
