The City of Boulder is preparing to submit grant applications for federal transportation funding through the Transportation Improvements Program (TIP) administered by the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG). The TIP is a competitive process and is a significant source of funding for transportation projects in the city. Past TIPs have funded the reconstruction of Broadway and many of the bike/pedestrian projects built by the city over the last 15 years.
